2 persons = 20 € per day incl. breakfast

1 person = 15 € per day incl. breakfast

- Rooms will be cleaned daily.

- Towels (no beach towels) are included.

- The fridge can be used free of charge.

- The kitchen can be used free of charge. (To be cleaned by the user)

Delivery service

If you wish, we can have your food delivered from our supermarket “Lanka’s Supermarket” which is only five minutes walk away. All our articles show the price, i. e. there are no “tourist prices” (or hidden extras), you pay the same as everybody else, which, unfortunately, is not always the case with other practices you may come across in Sri Lanka.

The price depends on variable fuel costs. At present, the rate for one way, max 4 people, is EUR43. (as read in August 2007)

The price depends on the meals you wish to be served. All meals are taken in the dining area.
Notice: Compared to Europeans, the Sinhalese eat their meals very late. Please agree on a time.
